Step One
Some, if not most people will have already made this step well and truly on their own, just like you have - great work!
Making an inquiry is exactly the right way to start. By just contacting EACD and telling us a bit about yourself and the project, we can ask the right questions to make sure we have everything you and EACD need to keep moving through the steps to building your dream home.
First Meeting
Step Two
This is your Feature description. Write a short blurb explaining what the feature is and why it matters for visitors, customers or clients. Don’t be afraid to toot your own horn! Take this opportunity to emphasize the important benefits or key advantages.

Step Three
After your rst meeting it’s really important to make sure we keep up to date – the more communication, the better!
At our rst meeting there would have been a lot of information to digest between what you like and what we need. As well as being able to email information between both parties we will also set you up with a Project File which we can add simple notes to and will be an excellent source of communication with great tools to keep everyone task focused.

Important questions and answers
Many customers have created a separate or new email account solely for their construction project. We have found this to be very useful when you’re trying to nd information a month down the track.
Pricing Time
Step Four
This is where everyone’s hard work pays o !
Having the best information at hand is what we price o and by using a speci cations sheet you would have completed at your initial visit, we can now look at the pricing of thought items. With some projects having over 50 di erent items to price, EACD may require your involvement to get the right price. We identify this as an important process in your decision making and view this as essential to the project.
Contract and Price Presentation
Step Five
This is the time to make it legal. To give you, the client, everything you need to know you’re safe, on track and in good hands!
At this point we would like to think that you already know what to expect in regards to the price, EACD’s obligations, what happens during construction and what we need you to do. We want you to move in con dence and trust, this why EACD have a well designed way to show you what the price includes and to what extent everything costs, being transparent and keeping you, the client up to speed is the most important part at this stage.
At the point of signing a contract and discussing nal start dates you will feel a relief knowing you’ve picked the right builder. So, what’s your next step? Remember, if you don’t think it applies to you, go to step one and Inquire.
